ZIBO COSSVAC DRY SCREW VACUUM PUMP are designed to ensure the pumping chamber is free of oil or sealing water, preventing contamination of the process material.
This design eliminates the high cost of the disposal of sealing fluids or large amounts of pump oil, and relieves environmental concerns. The rotation of the two screw rotor within their cylindrical bores creates and axial, straight-through the pumping chamber. This simple, single-stage flow of gas does not allow process materials to collect or accumulate in the pumping chamber. There is no contact between the screws or between the casing and the screw, which provides tolerance to accommodate amounts of liquids, condensates and fine particulate. The dry screw pump is available as a stand alone unit or can be supplied as part of a complete COSSVAC vacuum designed automated vacuum system with dry running booster and control panels。
